Cathie Nicholson, a top-producing Real Estate Broker with 15+ years of success in real estate, where personalized customer service is at the heart of everything I do. I take pride in adapting to the unique personalities, goals, and preferences of every client—whether you're a millennial first-time buyer or a seasoned homeowner preparing for a big transition.

As a long-time resident of Conifer, Colorado, for 20+ years, I’m deeply rooted in our mountain community. I bring a wealth of local knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market with confidence. I’ve been honored with awards such as the President’s Circle Award (Top 5%, BHHS network), the President’s Chair Award (Top 2%, BHHS network), and the 2021 MMAR Realtor of the Year.

In addition to my work with clients, I am the acting Chair of the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors (MMAR) Wildfire Committee, partnering with local brokers, fire departments, and insurance agencies to provide our mountain community with critical resources on homeowner insurance, home hardening, and defensible space. I’m also a proud volunteer on the Philanthropy Committee at Mount Evans Hospice, where I contribute to supporting our community through compassionate care initiatives.
When I’m not working with clients, I host RealLife, a podcast where I explore life’s journeys, challenges, and triumphs through honest conversations. I believe in connecting people through shared experiences because where we live and how we live truly matters.

Beyond real estate, my life revolves around my faith, family, and love of the outdoors. As a mom of two adult children, an avid skier, hiker, and Broncos fan, I bring the same energy and enthusiasm to my personal life as I do to my clients.
