Every time I contacted Stephanie, she was either able to talk immediately or would at least respond immediately letting me know the soonest time we could chat. When we wanted to set up a showing, she always got us in the door and gave us a chance. As first-time homebuyers, we had a ton of questions. Stephanie was always willing to answer any question with zero judgment, and her explanations were so patient/thorough that we never once felt like we were making a big decision without first understanding all the implications/ripple effects. Perhaps the highest praise I can give her is that I’m typing this from the first home we saw that we loved – and had to beat 11 other offers to do so! I’ll always remember walking through this house and feeling a pit in my stomach, already picturing us in it and worrying that someone would elbow in and buy “our” home! We knew it would be a competitive multiple-offer scenario, but both my wife and I were committed and put ourselves in Stephanie’s hands to help us draft a strong offer. We looked at over 30 homes over three consecutive weekends, and each time I found a house I liked I’d Facetime with my wife while walking through them. Very professional agent. From the beginning, she listened to what we were looking for, made recommendations along the way, and helped explain the offer and buying processes until we closed on our home. To say I wouldn’t choose another agent for the Denver area is an understatement. She knows what she’s doing and her background in mortgage lending is a major plus.
